2-4 1/2 inch serloin steaks (or steaks of choice)
1 cup worchester sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 dash salt
Mix sauce, brown sugar and salt in a large bowl. Pour a small amount in the bottom of a container large enough to hold the steaks and spread with a rubber spatula or brush. Lay the steaks on the mixture in the container then pour remaining mix over the top of the steaks. Repeat as needed for a larger quantity of steaks.
You may use this same mixture to give your homemade hamburgers additional flavor adding mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions as needed for variety.
Cook on the grill with or without aluminum foil for 5-10 minutes on each side until done.
